Hi. I’m Kirsten de Greling – Visman and I am here to help you find the work you were meant to do!
When I set out to become a Career Coach and share my Clarity Compass Program with professional women seeking change, my mission was to inspire them to refocus their professional and personal dreams by encouraging them to reignite their passion, and build their careers around this, opening doors to a sense of fulfillment that has been missing from their lives.

A few fun facts about me: When I was growing up, I could not decide if I wanted to be a veterinarian, a social worker, an international aid worker in emergency projects or an adventure travel tour guide. I achieved none of those dreams as science subjects were not my strongest point, working with refugees in Spain during my internship had me worry too much at home about their human rights and their personal happiness, wellbeing and opportunity in a place where they weren’t many possibilities to make that happen really. Furthermore, I found enough adventure in my marriage to and life with a French Finnish husband and my two young sons.
Life, Work and Travel experiences have taken me from the Americas to Europe, to the Caribbean, to Eastern Europe, to Africa. Along the way, I learned that people are at their best when they are in control of their own lives and future and they realize that destiny lies in their own hands.
I believe that you and I are crossing paths for a reason. You no longer need to stay adrift, stuck in fear or unsure of the way. Your voyage begins here and my Clarity Compass is there to support you.

About Kirsten de Greling –Visman
Until Kirsten’s move to Albania at the end of 2007, she had been working full time, but had never really thought about the difference she wanted to make, what she really wanted from life and where she wanted her life to go.
However, she didn’t want to continue on this undefined career path abroad. Time was passing too quickly and she was wasting it. It was time for some deep inner work! She forced herself to think hard and look closely at her soul and her passion!
Having worked at international business schools and universities for over 10 years, she realized that Career and Life Coaching was for her!
She became a Certified Life and Business coach in 2012 and Certified Career Coach in 2013, and set up her traveling coaching business.
She uses her skills in coaching, adapting to change and self-empowerment to help professionals, expat partners and others who have lost their sense of direction in their lives and careers to reignite their passion and refocus their professional and personal dreams so they feel totally fulfilled and excited about life ahead.
