The biggest mistake most people make is that they think they’ve arrived at “enough”. “Enough” is an accomplice to stagnation and mediocrity in our lives: especially in our businesses. As an entrepreneur, there may be times when you have to give yourself some tough love and commit to the fact that perhaps you’re NOT doing enough.
If you want to be successful, you need to constantly ask yourself “How can I do this better?” This isn’t about perfection. There is necessity for constant and never- ending learning, personal growth and development, and becoming more than what you already are. Your business is an extension of you. The more you grow, the more your business will follow.
Doing it better doesn’t mean we work ourselves to the point of exhaustion or lose track of our passion. Better doesn’t necessarily mean “Harder” or “more work”. Start with baby steps to gain confidence and have a greater success rate. One of my all-time favorite quotes: “People call me a perfectionist, but I’m not. I’m a “rightist”. I do something until it’s right, and then I move on to the next thing.” – James Cameron.
Think big and commit to expanding into that greatness. The possibilities here are limitless. The potential is never ending.
To your growth!

What is wrong if I am happy. With myself and my surrounding. That doesn’t mean that I don’t want to change something tomorrow ? But today I am happy the way it is and I am enjoying this.

There is nothing wrong with being happy with where you find yourself in life. I am actually super happy to hear that, as that means you are where you want to be and you have probably gone through a lot of effort to get there! I am sure you’ll be successful in making a change when you want to!
